Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To get what you want quickly, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
